Go-Go Boots....
I will always remember my first pair of go-go boots. They were white, soft vinyl with zips on the inside leg. I was 12 and it 1969 which seemed a perfect time to own a pair. I felt grown up and groovy for the first time! (and not the last time thankfully)
I was reminded of this recently when I came apon a pair of white ankle boots (with elastic sides) in my fave shoe shop in Hampton called Traffic. Whenever I wear these boots I get good comments and the conversation leads to "Do you remember those white go-go boots from the 60's?"
So I shall share some pics with you to enjoy and reminisce........

A style which was a wonderful icon of the era.
It was always a delight seeing girls and women
in them. The snapshot you highlighted of the three
models looked very familiar. It was in a Sears
catalog in the late sixties and the boots were
probably big sellers.
I agree with the above opinion.
The model's cute outfits appeared
even more so with the addition
of the alluring boots. Speaking of
cute, it's how Anne must have looked
in her pair.
